Sleep

Oh Sleep,
How I miss you terribly.



You see I'm not getting much of this lately.
I toss and turn all night long.
In between leg cramps,
(which I already had restless leg syndrome before I was pregnant)
and stabbing back pain.

And on top of that,
our air conditioning has been on the fritz.
Staying at 80+ degrees until 2am at the earliest.
I am way too pregnant and it is way too hot outside for my AC not to work. 



Tylenol doesn't help the back pain.
Hot showers or baths only relieve the pain temporarily.
And no amount of pillows are making this experience any easier.

So small things,
such as blogging,
or working,
or exercising,
or anything that requires leaving my couch actually,
have recently gotten a tad harder to accomplish.

Please bear with me through this last trimester friends.
Hoping to find relief soon...

  1. Have you tried the pregnancy pillow? OR prenatal yoga/massages.

  2. I didn't want to shill out the money for a pregnancy pillow, but I LIVED with my body pillow. It was only $5 at Wal-Mart. You should definitely be able to get one right now with college back to school stuff.
