Okay lets talk snacks.
I'm a huge snacker,
and I honestly am not a huge fan of anything that taste's super healthy.
I will admit I am a reformed dorito, cheeto and oreo lover.
It was a hard break up,
but they were bringing me down.
Anyways,
snacking is great because it keeps your metabolism up and keeps you from getting hungry and binging.
Here are my go to's that are always in my house:
Aunie's boom chicka pop popcorn.
I get the lightly sweet popcorn for my sweet cravings.
These are all organic, and only 37 calories per cup.
Beware,
you may ingest the entire bag in one sitting.
It's that good people!
Who here loves pizza goldfish?
Um me!
Well these taste exactly like them!
And what's awesome about these is that flax seeds gently clean your digestion system and colon.
Helping you cleanse all the crap out of your system.
Lara Bars
These are my go to snack all the time.
I'm obsessed with them.
They are absolutely delicious.
And they have a million flavors.
Seriously,
could eat like 15 a day!
La Croix
Basically the bomb.com when it comes to drinks.
This is perfect for that soda lover who's trying to break off that toxic relationship.
Once you try it,
you won't go back.
And what's even cooler about these,
you can mix the coconut one with a little Malibu rum and BAM,
instant delicious skinny cocktail.
Kale chips are great for that Dorito lover.
I used to eat a bag of nacho flavored Doritos a day when I was in middle school and high school.
Until I realized that the artificial ingredients in them can cause
ANAL LEAKAGE!
Yes you read right!
Ain't no body got time for that!
If you are worried that it's going to taste like lettuce or healthy crap,
let me assure you.
It doesn't!
These have been dehydrated so they are crunchy like chips and taste just like nacho Doritos.
I promise make the switch and you won't go back.
