There's nothing like getting a quick kick in the butt from trying on swimsuits.

Swimsuits show everything,

every imperfection,

every time you said you would rather sit on the couch than workout,

EVERYTHING.

just go try on bathing suits.

you'll be sprinting to the gym!

but I promise if a medium or large is what fits you better,

I promise you will look better and feel better.

No one wants that muffin top hanging over the top of their bottoms.

Stop thinking about size,

and look at how you feel and how it fits.

WHO CARES,

if you are a large in some stores.

I am!

When it fits better,

you look better,

and you'll feel better,

which means more confidence to strut your stuff on the beach!
