This my friends is me in my mother's wedding dress.
Poofy sleeves and all.
Could it get any more 80's in here.
I personally will not be going in this direction with my dress.
I think I'm going to be taking it down a notch...
or 12.
So I really wanted to have something off my mothers dress as my something old.
Not sure what...
But finally I decided I'm going to re-purpose my mother's veil and where it on my special day.
Not with the head piece people.
Still a little to 80's for me.
Now I just need my something borrowed and something blue.
That is so sweet to use a part of what your mother wore! Also, your right...I don't think it could get any more 80's..it was like the 80's reappeared for the time it took you to take a picture in the dress :) I am sure the dress was super in style at the time though, and everyone was jealous of your momma!
