Motivation Monday and How I Lost 4 Pounds Last Week

I hate dieting,
and when I say hate,
I mean hate.
And I honestly am not a huge fan of working out either.
But I know these things are vital to losing weight.



Well I found a little secret weapon.
Not sure how many people have heard about this thing,
but,
I heard from my fiance about advocare.
And like many other people in this world,
I was extremely skeptical.



But then after doing research and reading reviews,
I found out how easy it was.

And then after talking to my friends about it,
I found out one of my best friends was doing to lose weight for my wedding...
and get this....
She's lost 10.5 pounds on it in 20 days!!




Now this isn't a starve yourself and workout till you die kind of thing.
It's a 24 day challenge,
where you add fiber, amino acids, and meal replacement shakes to your diet.
And it actually works.
I am on day 7 of the 24 day challenge and I'm down 4 pounds.
And did I mention I went on a pub crawl Saturday,
and downed pulled pork nachos.
Yes I just said pulled pork nachos,
I'm not proud of it! 
Ha!

But here's the deal,
this thing was so easy,
and I'm still living my life,
and sticking to my same schedule of doing what I can.

With a baby running around,
I can't stick to a hard core diet or exercise plan.
And that's what I love about this 24 day challenge.
I don't have to do anything different.

The reason I'm sharing this with you guys,
is because I've done every diet known to man.
Jenny Craig, 
Nutrisystem,
Slim Fast,
Diet Pills.
Nothing works for me.
So when I find something that actually requires little effort and works...
I want to let everyone know!
