Happy Monday!
It's motivation Monday and Day 15 on my 24 day challenge.
Here's the update:
I've lost 5.5 pounds,
this is with cheating and having that wonderful time of the month this week.
But not only did I lose 5.5 pounds so far,
my pants are loose this morning!
I think it's definitely important to focus on how you feel and how your clothes are fitting,
rather than focusing on the scale.
That number you stare at is influenced by so much,
but pants don't lie.
Lets get this one thing straight though.
I'm not trying to be a skinny mini over here.
I'm doing this to feel more confident and frankly,
sexy!
Having a baby takes a toll on your self esteem.
Stretch marks,
saggy skin,
saggy ta tas,
wider hips.
You name it and I have it.
My body did a complete 180 when I had my son.
And I will never ever look like a Victoria Secret model!
One,
I don't want to starve myself to attain that.
Two,
I love having curves.
Curves are sexy people!
If you are having trouble staying motivated,
here's a tip.
Grab a friend.
My friends are I are doing this 24 day challenge together.
And their motivation keeps me going.
One of my friends just finished the 24 day challenge and lost 12 pounds!
The other is on day 8 and has lost 5 pounds already!
So their messages and tweets,
keep me motivated to stay on track.
Even if I do cheat,
I get right back on track.
And slip ups are totally okay!
