Hey Everyone!!
It's Monday,
so you know what that means...
Time to get motivated for the week!
I'm doing this if anything for myself.
The countdown to my honeymoon,
(basically bikini time)
is on.
Also,
I'm giving you guys the 411 on my favorite snack bars.
Now you're supposed to eat every 2-3 hours,
to keep you from binging and overeating.
It also keeps your blood sugar stable,
helping your metabolism.
So normally I have one of these snack bars around 10am or 3pm,
just so I don't hit that crash and go crazy at lunch or dinner.
Here are my top 3
Lara Bars
These are really good,
and only made with 3 ingredients most the time!
They are all natural and taste awesome!
Kind Bars
I found these at Starbucks.
They come in a bunch of different flavors,
my favorite is the blueberry cashew vanilla!
So good!
Think Thin Bars
You all know I'm obsessed with the girls from Tone It Up.
They recommended these bars for curbing hunger.
And they actually taste pretty good.
They are more like a protein bar,
but way better tasting than most protein bars!
So they ya have it my friends!
Now get your butt up and go workout!
