So I've come to the conclusion that there are things that people just aren't going to tell you about being pregnant.
Things that you are just going to figure out on your on.
I call these the dirty little secrets!
1. You're actually pregnant for 9 months and 3 weeks...so buckle up lady!
2. The heartburn is going to be so bad that a case of tums will be permanently stationed on your night stand.
3. You can have the occasional cup of coffee, and you can dye your hair, so don't panic that you will look all gross and tired your entire pregnancy. Just some days!
4. Your baby bump is literally going to appear overnight. So say goodbye to your skinny jeans and cute work pants!
5. Your body pillow (nicknamed George) will replace most cuddling activities at night with Justin. But this is fine, because you will be so tired that you will be fast asleep before he even thinks about coming to bed.
6. Remember that queso, spicy food, milkshakes, and almost any dairy item that you love? Ya, do yourself a favor and just stay away from them. Your body, and those sleepless nights, will thank you.
7. You will worry every single day about what is going on in your belly but don't freak out, baby is just fine!
oh my gosh! this is sooo true. I'm 24 weeks and I've experienced all of these things except heartburn.
