Why This Birthday Is A Little Sweeter

Today's my birthday!

And I'll cry if I want to...

Just kidding...

We'll I hope I don't cry,

but seeing as I'm a hormonal, emotional wreck lately,

I wouldn't put it past me.

But like I said today is my birthday.

And even though,

I'm not celebrating with a huge bang,

and don't have any grand plans,

let me let you all in on a little secret...

This birthday is going to be my favorite.

Why you ask?

Well...

This year I get to celebrate with the most amazing man in the whole world,

This year I get to receive "birthday kicks" from my little man.

This year I'm doing big girl things,

like putting offers in on houses, 

and organizing baby clothes.

This year,

I actually feel like I'm getting older.

And I can't wait for everything that God has in store for me this year.

Because in this year,

I get to have a baby boy.

I get to move into a home with Justin, not just a loft apartment.

I get to walk down the aisle to my amazing husband to be. 

This year I get to experience all the joys and firsts that mommy-hood has to bring. 

So...

Like I said,

I have a feeling this birthday

Is going to be my favorite.
